1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using `cheapandbesttravels.in` and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Inquiries: All bookings are confirmed only after direct communication (Phone/WhatsApp) and receipt of any required advance payment.
Pricing: Prices listed on the website are subject to change based on fuel prices, season, and vehicle availability. Final pricing will be confirmed during booking.
Inclusions/Exclusions: Please review the specific package details. Generally, entry tickets, driver food, and GST are excluded unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the trip may be eligible for a partial refund of the advance, subject to our discretion. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Us: In rare cases of vehicle breakdown or unavoidable circumstances, we will provide an alternative vehicle or a full refund of the advance paid.

Ghat Roads: As per Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) rules and vehicle safety norms, AC will be switched off while climbing up or down the Tirumala Ghat roads.
Luggage: Customers are responsible for their own luggage. We are not liable for any loss or damage.
Prohibited Items: Carrying alcohol, illegal substances, or combustible materials is strictly prohibited.

Customers are expected to treat drivers with respect.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer (e.g., interior soiling, breakage) will be charged to the customer.

Cheap & Best Travels acts as an aggregator/agency. We are not liable for:

Delays caused by traffic, road blocks, or natural calamities.
Darshan ticket availability (we provide transport, not darshan tickets unless specified).
Personal injuries or health issues arising during the trip.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
